Global SUNAC Future City Hi-Park

The design of this project is not to duplicate the existing park in the city, nor to build a community supporting green space for daily leisure, nor to pile up a magnified version of the back garden of the sales office, but to take it as the green engine of the development of the new district (the community of the future city of the ring and integration) and the catalyst of the future living ecosystem. In the same way that the La Villette Park inspired the development of the 19th arrondissement in the outer suburbs of Paris in the 1990s, the City of the Future will be a one-stop destination, centered on the Hi-Park, to attract people to experience an upgraded life experience, to incubate community culture, and to inspire people’s imagination for the future. Finally, the positive flow of population is promoted to promote the orderly growth of the city.
