The project is located in the south of Dayuan Park in Chengdu High-tech Zone, at the intersection of Tianfu Fourth Street and Shenghua South Road, and close to Tianfu Cycling Greenway on the west side. The original site is the Cultural Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone, which is equipped with a library, a cultural center, a multi-functional theater, a service center for young workers, and a comprehensive experiential exhibition hall. public leisure spaces with a strong aesthetic proposition of life; An open park commercial block with a cycling theme.

The design concept is the “forest” in the canyon, splitting a gap in the center of the site surrounded by buildings to form a canyon-like sunken space, where sunlight sprinkles into the canyon and naturally gushes out with the cracks around the canyon into the site, turning into a natural ecological urban oasis. People can relax in the steep canyons, rest quietly on the valley lawn under the shade of the oasis trees, or play happily in the cool spring water. At the same time, “CyPARK” has set up a cycling-themed —- connected to 8.6 kilometers of urban cycling paths on the basis of the high-value park commercial form, and added bicycle trolley ramps, elevators and parking points to create an aerial cycling corridor, which is the first non-standard trendy commercial public space with the theme of cycling in Chengdu.
